To people
Deciding to feel good is a choice that comes from deep within.
Whether it stems from trauma, separation, bereavement, failure or severe workplace distress, it takes strength and courage to deal with it.
Your emotional baggage contains joys and sorrows, births and losses, successes and failures: intense moments that have contributed to making you who you are. It is easy to lose yourself in these emotions, or risk not finding yourself again.
My task is to welcome you with understanding, listening and dialogue, gently guiding you towards the solution that resonates most with your true self.
Every step in life brings awareness and serenity, if it is understood, processed and transformed into useful experience for the future, rather than remaining only pain for the past.
I let life take its course, working alongside you to the best of my ability.
